Then the Master’s degree in Digital Law - Third Party Confidence and Digital Security is the one for you.
Thus, you will be part of this new generation of lawyers with the ability to master, in addition to the study of applicable law, the essential technological aspects but also strategic, organisational and economic aspects of digital trust and security.
The training is organised in six teaching units: Standards and digital governance; Digital security; Digital economy; Digital life; Cybercrime and cybersecurity. The delivery of the C2i level 2 certification (Certificat Informatique et Internet) at the end of the training is a major advantage for your integration into professional life.

About this program

With the development of the Internet and the gradual dematerialization of content and procedures, digital technology is a source of professional activities for lawyers. Launched by the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management of La Rochelle University, in partnership with the Fédération Nationale des Tiers de Confiance (National Federation of Trusted Third Parties) and the Chambre Nationale des Huissiers de Justice (National Chamber of Judicial Officers), the Master’s 2 course « Trusted Third Party and Digital Security » aims to train this new generation of lawyers with the ability to master, in addition to the study of applicable law, the essential technological aspects but also strategic, organisational and economic aspects of digital trust and security.

The training is organised in six teaching units: Standards and digital governance; Digital security; Digital economy; Digital life; Cybercrime and cybersecurity. It leads to the delivery of the C2i certification in the legal profession (Certificat Informatique et Internet).

The teaching team brings together academics and digital experts.
